Abdul Majedu under the guidance of a noted engineer, academician and administrator, Dr S. Sathikh, the former Vice Chancellor of the University of Madras, is led by Mr M.A. Peer Mohamed, the correspondent. The college has been recognised by UGC and has also been approved by AICTE, New Delhi. It has been accredited by NAAC with a “B++” grade. The MAM School of Engineering has also been affiliated with Anna University, Chennai. The college has also been bestowed with an ISO 9001:2010 certification. seeks to provide professional technical education with a focus on both theoretical and practical skills, as well as analytical and rational talents.
